Rickay — Client Care & Purchase Guidelines
Every Rickay piece is designed with intention and finished with precision. To maintain the integrity of our collections and ensure clarity for every client, please review the following guidelines before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Rickay operates under a no-refund policy, with one carefully defined exception.
Refunds are considered only if a product is received in a damaged condition.
To assess and approve such claims, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time, with the product and tags visible throughout.
Once the damage is verified and approved:
- Rickay will provide a return shipping label
- Compensation will be issued exclusively as Rickay store credit, valid for 1 year and redeemable only on our official website
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only prior to processing and dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Requests to change size, product selection, or delivery details must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
- For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations are issued as store credit only.
Exchanges
Rickay offers size exchanges exclusively. Monetary refunds are not applicable.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images showing the product with original tags attached are required for verification.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in pristine condition.
- A 5% restocking fee applies to all approved exchanges.
- All exchange-related shipping costs, including shipping the product back to us and re-dispatch of the exchanged item, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are processed within 6–7 working days once the returned item is received and verified.
- One exchange per order is permitted.
- All exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, Rickay store credit (valid for 1 year) will be issued.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and not eligible for exchange.
Important Notes
- Rickay is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Products returned in a worn, altered, damaged (post-delivery), or tagless condition will not be accepted.
- We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide prior to purchase to ensure the desired fit.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
