1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

During peak seasons (holiday sales, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Canadian Orders: Prices are inclusive of applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST).

International Orders: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government.

**Rickay is not responsible for any additional customs or import charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your package using the courier’s website or the link provided in your confirmation email.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, Rickay is not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages.

In the case of returned shipments due to address issues, re-shipping fees will apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for courier or customs delays. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

Contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in investigating and resolving the issue with the courier.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to refusal, missed delivery attempts, or incorrect address), we will contact you.

You may choose to:

Re-ship the item (shipping fees apply), or

Receive a store credit (excluding original shipping cost).
